I don't know what's wrong, I tried 100 short steep, 93, 90 steep variables at play but the flavor is just not there.

Dry aroma: pencil and dry wood and a faint hint of dried fruit like raisins

Wet aroma: woody, smoky, with a stronger hint of raisins, almost medicinal, and closer look gives caramel / custard like smell

Taste: smoky, sweet but light

Mouthfeel: thin, light, fresh, after 5th steep more coating and umami

Finish: clean fresh with a hint of smoky after taste
